Serviced Offices International
Serviced Offices International (‘SOI’) aims to provide all of our clients with meeting rooms that are maintained at the highest level of cleanliness and order. To ensure SOI consistently delivers this to all of our clients, we ask that the SOI Community Guidelines (‘the Guidelines’) below are followed.
The Guidelines pertain to the SOI meeting rooms located at levels 11, 14 and 16 of 309 Kent Street, Sydney, NSW, 2000 and level 13 of 465 Victoria Avenue, Chatswood, NSW, 2067 and any other premises serviced by SOI under any arrangement.
Noise and behaviour during Meetings
SOI appreciates that meetings and presentations require people to interact however, we ask that loud noises please be kept to a minimum. Specifically, we ask our clients to be mindful not to disturb nearby office suites during the meeting. Examples include refraining from communicating with raised voices and limiting noises such as banging or using load speakers.
Arrival and conclusion of Meetings
We ask that you and your guests be respectful of others when arriving and leaving your meeting. Please do not start or continue your meeting in any hallway, alternate meeting room or the reception area.
If you require additional time or space, please liaise with our friendly SOI Concierge Desk and Customer Service Team (‘friendly SOI Team’) and they will make the appropriate arrangements for you.
Any persons behaving in a loud or disruptive manner in the common areas will be asked to proceed to your meeting room. If your meeting has finished, such persons will be asked to leave SOI premises.
Food and Drink
All food and drink waste such as containers, serviettes and utensils must be disposed of before leaving the meeting room. SOI provides easy access to bins in all meeting rooms and you are also welcome to use the waste and recycling bins in the SOI kitchen.
Catering
All catering services attract costs which are additional to the cost of your meeting room booking. Please liaise with the friendly SOI Team about our catering packages.
At an additional cost and with 48 hours (2 business days) notice we can organise catering.
Plus, for an additional cost we can provide service of the food with 24 hours (1 business day) notice.
SOI Property
All SOI meeting rooms are maintained on a daily basis. The facilities and equipment are regularly maintained and provided to you in proper working order. Such facilities and equipment include furniture, power cables, power boards, telephones, televisions, whiteboards and flip charts.
Please ensure that all facilities and equipment are returned undamaged and in proper working order for the next client to use.

Wi-Fi Access
All SOI meeting rooms come with high speed wireless for you and your guests to ensure that everyone can host or participate in presentations with ease. Each SOI meeting room has a Wi-Fi login card in the room with the username and password.
If you are experiencing difficulties with logging in, please liaise with our friendly SOI Team.
SOI Neighbourhood
Please be mindful that the SOI meeting rooms are provided and intended to be shared between you and your fellow SOI neighbours and that we aim to deliver a pleasant and professional customer experience at all times.
